Our heating and air service call includes the following:
- Arriving between the hours we promised to your home
- Customer consultation about the current and past problem(s) that you are experiencing with your HVAC equipment. If necessary, an observation of previous invoice repair records will be carried out by our qualified technicians.
- Checking thermostat function.
- Checking system air filters.
- Checking system operation.
- An inspection of all visible duct-work.
- Registers will be opened and system air flow will be checked.
- Freon or refrigerant will be checked for accuracy.
- We will check the position of HVAC breakers and power switches . (if necessary)
- Noticeable inspection of parts and wires
- Noticeable inspection of the air conditioner drain system and furnace flue piping
- Our technician will then inform you of the reason your heating or air conditioning system is not working and if it’s covered by our $29 service fee.
- A $70 troubleshooting charge may apply to your situation; this charge is at the sole discretion of our technician as to whether more time and labor is needed to further investigate your problem(s). You will be notified beforehand by our technician if this charge is required. Back To Home Page
