Our AC went out … we call and Patrick was able to come today and fix us up!! Patrick is an A# 1 AC guy!!! A new unit would have been many thousands but for it was only $599 to rebuild and rewire our compressor plus fix capacitor issues … our home is already cool again! Air conditioning condenser fan stopped working. The service manager Patrick Safford (I’m bad with names but I’m guessing that was him based on the card he left me) was prompt and very polite. The service manager was informative and attempted to resolve the issue by identifying common issues associated with my air conditioner. Once he exhaust that he was able to determine two parts needed to be replaced. He was informative and kept me up to date with the pricing before he moved forward. Once he got the air conditioning up and running again he advised me that it would benefit from 2 lb of refrigeration coolant and a good condenser cleaning. Once that was complete I saw a noticeable difference in my air conditioning quality. All this on a hot Saturday afternoon while it was storming outside. Thank you again for the quick repair and looking forward to contacting you in the future when we renovate the home and upgrade our unit. Thank you again!

Pro Cool Heating and Air was very professional, responsive and thorough in diagnosing my AC. I was without air 6 days prior to due to dealing with another AC Repair vendor who failed at delivering timely customer service and desired outcome. Upon calling Pro Cooling Heating and Air late afternoon on Thursday, they came out to diagnose my AC on the next day. Within that same day, PC was able to find the critical component repair part during COVID-19 (manufacturing/plant limited production), which was essential toward repairing my AC. They repaired and restored my AC in the heart of the summer in Georgia. Outstanding work by Patrick (Service Manager) in coordinating, diagnosing and ensuring the repair project was completed. His knowledge of AC repair issues are second to none. Pro Cool Heating and Air exceeded my expectations beyond measure in comparison to previous dealings with a much larger HVAC Conglomerate.

Earlier Patrick from Pro cool had completed a annual check up for a very good price. On June 6, my compressor fan froze up and my AC Stopped. I called my home warranty Company and the first appt they could give me was 3 or 4 days later. I decided to call Patrick and see if he could help me. As a 85 year old senior with COPD I knew I needed help. Patrick agreed to come and check the unit. On Monday he got a new motor and added us to his appts Put the new motor in and the unit was cooling by Monday evening. I have only one AC Repairman now and I highly recommend them. One of our AC had already quit working and we were told by another company that it had to be replaced at a cost of $4k. Our other AC quit working on Memorial Day. We called Patrick from Pro-Cool Heating and Air at 11am and he was at our house by 2pm. The 2nd AC required a new motor, relay, capacitor, just about everything. He would have to go buy parts and come back the next day. But the 1st AC, that we were told had to be replaced for $4k, Patrick was able to immediately repair it for $258. Now we had some AC! Patrick arrived the next day at 1pm with all of the parts and completed the 2nd AC at a cost of $875. I consider these two costs to be a great deal in light that we would have had to pay $8k for two new units if we had called the other company. Patrick is the owner and only employee of Pro-Cool Heating and Air. He is very good at what he does. I highly recommend him to anyone for residential heating and air issues.
